Here you can easily and directly ask questions about our municipality’s procedures, work instructions, risk plans, reporting chains, and more. You can either formulate your own questions or select from a list of frequently asked questions. Our chatbot will help you better understand how our company works – transparently, around the clock, and easily explained. Your data will, of course, remain secure.  The preset questions are currently only available in German – but you can of course also ask your questions in English.
